Parking:
Exit West onto Oregon Rd from 1400th street and enter on the right through two white gates.
Parking is first come, first served along the entire south fencing line.
Carpooling is encouraged.

Event Check-in
1. Arrive at Boyer’s Lake via Oregon Road and enter through the two white gates.
2. You will be greeted by event staff at the entrance.
3. Present your ticket confirmation (digital or printed) if purchased in advance.
4. Complete and sign the required event waiver.
5. Receive your event wristband(s) at the check-in tent.
6. Staff will then direct you to the designated parking area.
Please have your ticket confirmation and ID ready to help speed up the check-in process. 🎣🇺🇸
Rules and Regulations:
🏆 All anglers encouraged to pre-register their tickets for 20$. Day-of admission for derby participants is 30$.
🏆 Eligibility
-Participants age 16 and older may compete. Participants under age 16 must be accompanied and supervised by an adult at all times.
-Event staff reserve the right to refuse entry or remove participants for rule violations or unsafe behavior.
🏆 Fishing Rules
-Only rod and reel fishing is permitted.
-Each participant may actively fish with no more than two rods at one time.
-Fish must be caught during official derby hours to qualify. (Friday~7:00am - 7:00pm//Saturday 7:00am - 4pm )
-Fish must be caught within designated fishing areas on Boyer’s Lake.
-No snagging, netting, trapping, or other illegal fishing methods are permitted.
-Participants must comply with all applicable Kansas fishing regulations.
🏆 Measurement & Competition
-The winner will be determined by the longest qualifying fish measured by event officials.
-All fish must be presented immediately to derby staff for official measurement at check-in times. Please see Event Schedule coming soon here:
-Event officials have final authority regarding all measurements and eligibility.
-In the event of a tie, the fish recorded first will be declared the winner.
🏆 Sportsmanship
-Good sportsmanship is expected at all times.
-Harassment, aggressive behavior, excessive profanity, or disruptive conduct will not be tolerated.
-Participants must respect fellow anglers, guests, volunteers, and property.
🏆 No Cheating Policy
-Any form of cheating or dishonesty will result in immediate disqualification.
-This includes, but is not limited to:
Altering fish measurements
Presenting a fish caught outside derby hours
Presenting a fish caught outside designated derby areas
Using prohibited fishing methods
Providing false information to event officials
Event officials reserve the right to inspect catches and equipment.
🏆 All guests must sign waiver before entering property.
🏆 Parking is provided but limited! Carpooling is encouraged.
🏆 Property Rules
-Unfortunately, no fireworks are allowed this year.
-Please respect Boyer’s Lake property, facilities, and wildlife.
-Dispose of all trash in designated receptacles.
-No destruction of property, littering, or vandalism.
-Vehicles must remain in designated parking areas.
🏆 Final Authority
-All decisions made by derby officials are final.
-Event organizers reserve the right to modify rules, cancel the event, or remove participants when necessary for safety or fairness.
-Participation in the derby constitutes acceptance of all event rules.
